About the Role
FlixDigit is looking for an energetic and social-savvy individual to manage our and our clients' social media presence. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our community, crafting engaging captions, interacting with followers, and ensuring our brand voice remains consistent across all digital touchpoints. What You'll Do
- Manage and schedule daily content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Draft creative and catchy captions for posts, reels, and stories.
- Regularly research and stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral music, and hashtag strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing team to ensure high-quality social media assets.
- Prepare weekly reports on social media performance and growth metrics.
- Assist in brainstorming and planning social media content calendars.
Requirements
- Passion for social media and a strong understanding of different platform nuances.
- Excellent creative writing and communication skills (English/Bengali/Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva).
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, community-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client profiles.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
